AUFGABEN UND VERANTWORTUNG
- Neu
- und Weiterentwicklung der SUN Kollektion sowie der Special Editions in Abstimmung mit internen und externen Ansprechpartnern
- Kreation und Koordination von Vermarktungskonzepten zum Launch von Kollektionen inkl. Briefings, Produktpräsentationen und Sales Support Unterlagen sowie Unterstützung bei der Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Meetings, Messen und Events
- Aufbau Market Know-how: Erstellung von Mitbewerber und Trendreports sowie Einholen und Erfassen von Marktfeedback zu den Kollektionen
- Lifecycle-Management: Erstellen und Aufbereiten von produktrelevanten Daten (KPI), Lifecycle
- und Sortiments-Analysen, Erstellung von Potentialanalysen und Optimierung der Maßnahmen für die zu verantwortenden Produkte/Projekte
- Planung und Umsetzung von Projekten inkl. Erstellung von Projektplänen, Projektorganisation und Projektcontrolling & Dokumentation

ANFORDERUNGEN
- Abgeschlossene wirtschaftliche Ausbildung (HAK, FH, Universität) mit Fokus auf Produkt
- und Innovationsmanagement etc.
- Erfahrung im Projektmanagement, in der Produktentwicklung und -management von Vorteil
- Auslandserfahrung von Vorteil
- Fundierte Office (Excel, PowerPoint) Kenntnisse
- Verhandlungssicheres Englisch
- Unternehmerisches Denken, hohes Maß an Kreativität und Lösungskompetenz
- Analytische Denkweise mit entsprechender konzeptioneller Affinität und Lösungsorientierung
- Kommunikationsstarker, dynamischer und gut strukturierter Teamplayer

Für diese Position bieten wir, gemäß KV/Metall-Industrie, ein Jahres-Brutto-Gehalt von mindestens EUR 43.314,74- mit der Bereitschaft zur Überbezahlung je nach Berufserfahrung und Qualifikation.
