MM promotes sustainable development through innovative, recyclable packaging and paper products. **Our heart beats for talents - be one of them**: To strengthen our motivated **MM Packaging Pharma & Healthcare Business Processes & Demands Team**at our headquarters in Vienna, we are looking for a passionate **ERP Rollout Senior Project Manager (M/F/d)**. **Your Role**: - You lead and manage ERP roll out projects end-to-end - You monitor the project progress and manage changes, ensuring adherence to timelines and budget - You collaborate with various stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and successful outcomes, lead and facilitate project meetings, ensuring clear actions and accountability - You prepare and deliver regular project status reports to stakeholders and senior management - You work closely with plants to understand requirements and translate them into actionable plans - You identify and manage risks, issues and develop mitigation strategies to minimise impact - You coordinate project teams, including 3rd party contractors, providing mentorship and support **Your Profile**: - You have a Bachelor’s degree - You have already gained minimum 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, preferably in Print and Packaging industry - You have proven experience as a Project Manager, minimum 3 years of hands-on ERP Solution implementation, preferably with Dynamics 365 F&O - You posses project management skills, including planning, organising, and managing resources - You have a strong understanding of business processes and their alignment with IT solutions for defining requirements - You are able to communicate with international staff on all levels with both technical and non-technical background - You are willing to roll up sleeves as needed to ensure success - You have the flexibility to aim for standardisation but accept exceptions - Your are willing to travel (
