**YOUR TASKS**:

- You are establishing ERP structure and letting to run the system
- You are the point of contact for any problems in our ERP system and try to solve them independently
- Your helpful nature and your communication skills help you in correspondence with colleagues
- When analyzing errors you can use your analytical skills
- As you proactively keep yourself informed about news in the Microsoft world, you support the team in the internal maintenance of the knowledge transfer, train team, write a protocol and take an action
- You focus on the development of ERP processes, especially with regard to production and/or purchasing processes, and continuously optimize them
- You plan and support the rollout with commitment, including change management, training and personal support for users
- You conscientiously ensure that the new ERP system “Oracle Netsuite” and function is smoothly integrated into the production environment
- Together with the interdisciplinary process management team, you will continuously work on the further development of the ERP system
- Through close collaboration with various departments, you understand the specific requirements of the processes and implement them successfully

**YOUR SKILLS & TALENTS**:

- Completed IT education
- 2-3 years professional experience in ERP environment in system setup
- Knowledge and experience in Oracle Netsuite system
- Good command of English
- Independent and proactive way of working
- Enthusiasm for customer support with high solution and service orientation
- Very good communication skills and team player
- Analytical skills, problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a team, strong communication skills and organizational skills

**Salary**: 38,000.00€ - 46,000.00€ per year
