In cooperation with the management of our partner, a world-leading manufacturer in the energy sector, we are looking for you as an experienced and passionate Oracle ERP/EBS Senior Project Manager (M/F/d) in Austria or 100% remote worldwide.

As an Oracle ERP/EBS Senior Project Manager (M/F/d), you will play a key role in the organization, being responsible for the design and implementation of the ERP strategy and architecture, creating a significant contribution to the company-wide Oracle ERP solution.

Tasks
- You create project portfolios to optimize and automate the companies’ processes for upcoming periods (annually, semi-annually, quarterly) and maintain ongoing communication with the management
- You oversee the entire project lifecycle: from clarifying requirements, preparation of timelines, planning budgets and resources to creating reports and documentation
- You work closely with various stakeholders, including internal IT teams and C-level executives, to ensure that the Oracle ERP solutions meet the needs of the respective users
- You ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including data protection and product development

**Requirements**:

- You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- You have a significant track record in the work with Oracle ERP (Oracle EBS) and know the possibilities of the system inside out
- Having worked with one of the following Oracle EBS integrations is a plus: Salesforce, Lobster, FORCAM, Tacton CPQ, Sabrix, or Tableau
- You have a strong project management and change management skillset with pro-active problem-solving mindset
- You are an empathetic and energetic leader and an influential and positive personality who is able to develop a global team of experts
- You communicate in fluent Business English and can address technical information in a target group-oriented manner (from Key Users to C-Level)
- You are willing to travel on a regular basis to the US and/or the HQ in Austria
