Position Summary:
**Tasks**:

- Accompanying of strategies, portfolios, programs & projects to prepare and support the digital transformation
- Support in the development of digitization strategies
- Support in setting up portfolio management for digitization projects such as the introduction of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the introduction of SAP IS-U for sales.
- Planning, control and implementation of cross-product and cross-departmental projects within the portfolio (CRM and market communication via IS-U IDEX-AT)
- Support in the development of earned value management for the portfolio and its ongoing projects, including implementation of progress controlling.
- Support in the development of risk management for the portfolio including the development of measures
- Business analysis and requirement engineering in the context of digitization

**Requirements**:

- At least 3 years of experience in the planning, management and implementation of cross-product and cross-departmental projects as part of a portfolio
- Experience with multi-project management, program management of at least two simultaneously managed IT projects/sub-projects
- Experience in preparing and conducting high-level management meetings (steering committee, steering committee, board presentation)
- Experience in portfolio controlling and relevant reporting tools (e.g. earned value analysis, burndown chart)
- Experience in resource planning and risk management for portfolios
- Experience in the analysis of actual structures for planning required interfaces
- Experience in conducting EU-wide, 2-stage tenders for public and sector clients (definition of selection and suitability criteria, market research, requirements survey, etc.)
- Desirable: Experience with MS Dynamics, Jira and Confluence
- Desirable: Agile certification (Product Owner, Scrum Master, SaFe or equivalent), project management certification (PMP or similar)
