ANDRITZ is seeking a dynamic Global Director of Commercial Project Execution to support our entry into the Power-to-X market. In this role, you will be instrumental in raising awareness and generating demand for our green hydrogen and renewable fuel solutions.

We are looking for a professional with a proven track record in commercial project execution within an international context. Your deep understanding of all the processes will play a crucial role for the profitable growth of our business. This exciting opportunity is based in Vienna.

**In your role, you will**
- Report directly to the leader of ANDRITZ P2X
- Be a member of the green hydrogen and P2X executive management team
- Be globally responsible for the commercial project management of all the projects executed under the responsibility of the division.
- Steer claims and contract management, order invoicing, cost monitoring and commercial construction site management as well as the interface management to the legal department in all phases of the project is part of your responsibility.
- Support commercials sales and prepare for taking over the project for the execution phase.
- Control the internal project approval process and participate in contract negotiations with customers and partners.
- Be the contact person to the commercial sales managers in the project.
- Lead all individual commercial project managers in the execution projects.
- Actively exchange the project information with the global director of project management and prepare with him the monthly project reviews.
- Coordinate specific issues with the relevant departments (tax, finance, legal, insurance, human resources, controlling).
- Communicate with the client on all commercial issues.
- Monitor and control the contract, claim, risk and change management and lead the corresponding discussions with customers, consortium partners and suppliers.
- Together with the project management, check and question the ongoing costing (including cost to complete) and maintain the order-related reporting.
- Analyze and evaluate of order-related risks and opportunities together with the technical project managers as well as evaluate provisions after completion of the order.

**In your personal skill set, you have**
- Proven track record in commercial project management.
- Strong leadership skills to form high performing teams and provide clear direction.
- Practical experience in technology or plant business as well as in process engineering, ideally in electrolysis, renewable methanol, renewable methane, SAF and renewable ammonia technologies.
- Experience in management, sales, business development in green hydrogen, electrolysis and P2X business.
- Strong industry network and high-profile contacts to customers and to the ecosystem (regulatory, governmental bodies, associations) active in the green hydrogen and its derivatives P2X segment.
- Fluent in, English, ideally experience in working within international teams. Fluency in written and spoken English, with knowledge of other languages being an advantage.**We also value**
