**Here's what we're looking for**:
As an intern in Strategy & Customer Solutions, you will play a key role in supporting the Franchise Operations team to identify growth opportunities, to initiate and to oversee new solutions developments. You will actively work together with the Solution Development Manager, the project leader who manages and oversees multi-functional development projects. This means that you will interact with various teams in a matrix environment and ensure that solutions align with customer segment strategies and company objectives. You will help to assess risk, feasibility and soundness of solutions. Given the regulated environment in the development of medical solutions you will learn about Experience in medical, scientific and regulatory implications while developing, to ensure that the project plan reflects the latest scientific developments and regulatory standards.

**Your upcoming mission**:

- Learn how Solution Development works and how to drive teams / projects
- Support Project Leads in daily activities
- Support teams to manage complex system structures and interfaces
- Take over independent sub-projects for performance analysis

**Essential skills for your mission**:

- You are currently enrolled in an Master degree (advantageous) in a business or medical scientific field
- You are able to work independently in a complex project setting
- You are capable for self-organisation and initiative
- You already collected job experience in various internships
- You have already gained experience in consulting or you are interested in it
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong communication skills in English (German would be an advantage, but not essential)
- You are either an EU citizen or hold a valid Austrian work permit
- A passion for making diabetes suck less
