**COLLABORATION**

In this role you’ll collaborate closely with the procurement teams on different categories, spend and supplier management topics. You’ll also define measures and KPIs together with our Procurement Teams to track the fulfilment of operational procurement targets when it comes to throughput time, financial targets, OTIF and other relevant levers.

**DRIVE DIGITALIZATION**

You’ll use fact-based insights (data, process) to identify improvement potentials and present findings and recommendations to stakeholders. You’ll consolidate, structure and coordinate requirements among our procurement categories and hand it over to implementation teams outside procurement. Finally, you’ll ensure new functionalities are tested by all relevant stakeholders and keep documentation and trainings up-to date.

**KNOW-HOW & TRAININGS**

You’ll offer and perform trainings for our operational procurement team, supplier managers and suppliers. In case of new suppliers, you’ll also guide them through onboarding topics (e. g. SAP ARIBA). As knowledge carrier, you'll furthermore ensure the seamless documentation of supplier management activities. Finally, you’ll contribute with your know-how in ongoing projects.

**TRENDS**

You’ll keep your eyes open for new tools and technologies addressing procurement challenges and share insights with relevant stakeholders.

**Qualifications**:
5 years of professional experience, thereof 3 years of professional experience in a Procurement role, ideally working experience with SAP ARIBA, ERP MM, CDM, etc.

Affinity to processes, experience in change management, project/process management or IT related role is of advantage

Familiarity with data analysis and the ability to extract meaningful insights from data

Strong analytical skills with a structured way of working

Excellent communication and presentation skills and the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders and management

Proactive team player with a strong desire to learn and stay up to date with new tools and technological standards

English is a must, German a plus

**Additional Information**:
Aus gesetzlichen Gründen sind wir verpflichtet darauf hinzuweisen, dass das kollektivvertragliche Mindestgehalt für diese Position bei monatlich € 2.405,00 brutto liegt. Unsere attraktiven Gehaltspakete orientieren sich jedoch an aktuellen Marktgehältern und liegen daher deutlich über dem angegebenen Mindestgehalt.
