Your tasks
- Conducting national and international marketing research with focus on different target groups (B2C, B2B & Franchise)
- Analyzing (digital) marketing campaigns in close cooperation with the performance marketing team
- Presenting data analysis and recommendations to different stakeholders to support decision-making processes
- Support the Marketing team in their daily business with reportings for cross-functional marketing agendas
- Implementation and further optimization of marketing reports and dashboards from external and internal data sources in collaboration with our data department
- Constant development and improvement of marketing research as well as customer analytics processes

Our Expectations
- Academical background in Marketing, Business Administration, Mathematics, Statistics or similar applied sciences education
- Proven experience in market research or analysis with knowlegde in supporting business units with strategic analysis
- Experience with spreadsheets (Excel) and dashboard tools (i.e. Metabase, Power BI - etc.)
- Analytical mindset and strong communication skills
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills and good written understanding of German
- Team player with a passion for data and research

For this position, we offer an annual gross minimum salary of EUR 35.000. We are entirely prepared to adjust our offer to your skill set and relevant experience
