You’re a strong communicator who likes to interact with different stakeholders, making sure you all work towards one common goal: Putting the Idea-to-Market process into practice You are looking for challenge, are eager to learn and really strong when it comes to networking. Ideally, you’re a people-person who’s able to see the big picture and gain a holistic view of our business quickly.

**In addition, you have**:

- Min. of 2-4 years of business experience in an international corporate environment
- Academic degree in either Engineering, Business Administration or similar
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluent in English for both written and verbal communication, further languages are considered an asset
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills

**About the job**
As an Idea-to-Market Process Specialist, you will be a member of the CTO Process Support team, and play an important role in launching this new process. You will have a direct contact to the Global Process Owner, and different stakeholders of the related areas (R&D, Product management, Technical Marketing, Recycling, etc.) and regions (focus on Europe, China and India), including the area leaders. You will be located in Vienna.

**Your tasks will include**:

- Implementation of a harmonized Idea-to-Market process across the regions (focus in EU, China and India)
- Contributing to continuous improvement of the process
- Managing interfaces with process stakeholders
- Preparing project portfolio overviews, analysis, gap identification and problem solving

For this full-time position (38.5 hours/week) at our HQ in Vienna, your annual gross salary starts at EUR 51,000, according to our collective bargaining agreement. Your actual remuneration depends on your educational background and your skills and experience.
