**About the job**

RHI Magnesita is seeking a dynamic Sustainable Technologies & Decarbonization, reporting directly to the Head of Sustainability Technology and Decarbonization. In this role, you will be responsible for managing decarbonization projects with special focus on evolving ideas to realization within the corporate project guidance. The team ensures future decarbonization actions for RHI Magnesita's development towards a carbon neutral production of refractory products. Since most of the projects are international, you will be travelling globally approx. 30% of your worktime.

**In addition, your tasks will include**
- Managing decarbonization projects till handover to the respective plant location, including preparation for the internal CAPEX process
- Evaluating new technologies in respect to CO2 reduction
- Assessing operational scenarios at applicable locations and understanding business case opportunities
- Supporting the development of technical feasibility scenarios for projects/programs in a comprehensive and systemic way, to support decision-making and feed the company's medium and long-term business plan
- Participating in strategic dialogues with suppliers and internal areas to solve critical issues for the business

**What we expect from you in terms of**

**Education & Skills**
- A higher education in engineering, e.g. metallurgy, materials science, process engineering, chemistry or similar
- Know-how in the fields of Carbon Capture and/or H2-technologies and usage will be considered an asset

**Languages**
- English - Proficient/Fluent
- Any other language is considered an asset

**Work Experience**
- A few years of relevant working experience

The annual gross salary for this position will start from € 65.000,00 on a full-time basis, depending on your qualification and experience, as well as the amount of overtime and your level of seniority.
