Als Projektmanager (m/w/d) bei Lexis Nexis Austria sind Sie verantwortlich für die Planung, Überwachung und Durchführung interner Projekte von der Initiierung bis zum Abschluss. Sie leiten oder koordinieren die Projektplanung, Ressourcenbeschaffung, Personalplanung, Lieferanten
- und Subunternehmermanagement sowie Fortschrittsberichte und Problemlösungen. Zudem stellen Sie sicher, dass die Projektergebnisse den Anforderungen in Bezug auf technische Qualität, Zuverlässigkeit, Zeitplan und Kosten entsprechen. Sie überwachen die Leistung und empfehlen bei Bedarf Anpassungen im Zeitplan, Kostenänderungen oder den Einsatz zusätzlicher Ressourcen.

Responsibilities:
- Planung, Überwachung und Steuerung von Projekten bis zum erfolgreichen Abschluss.- Koordination der Projektplanung, einschließlich Ressourcenbeschaffung und Personalplanung.- Management von Lieferanten und Subunternehmern sowie Überwachung der Einhaltung von Lieferzeiten und Kostenbudgets.- Erstellung von Fortschrittsberichten und Durchführung von Problemanalysen zur Sicherstellung der Projektqualität.- Anpassung von Zeitplänen, Kostenvoranschlägen oder Ressourcenanforderungen zur Einhaltung der Projektziele.

Qualification:
- Fachkenntnisse: Sie verfügen über erweitertes konzeptionelles Wissen in Ihrem Fachgebiet und erweitern kontinuierlich Ihre Fähigkeiten.- Geschäftsexpertise: Sie verstehen die wichtigsten geschäftlichen Treiber und nutzen dieses Verständnis, um Ihre Arbeit zu erledigen.- Führung: Sie haben keine direkten Führungsverantwortungen, können jedoch neuen Mitarbeitern Anleitungen geben.- Problemlösung: Sie lösen Standardprobleme durch die Analyse möglicher Lösungen unter Verwendung von Erfahrung, Urteilsvermögen und vorhandenen Präzedenzfällen.- Auswirkungen: Ihre Arbeit beeinflusst die Qualität Ihrer eigenen Arbeit und die Arbeit anderer im Team; Sie arbeiten innerhalb vorgegebener Richtlinien und Richtlinien.- Zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten: Sie erklären Informationen in klaren und einfachen Situationen anderen.
