Since we hire only the smartest guys out there, we don't tell you how to do your job, we don't tell you where to work (you can choose how much home office you want) and we don't tell you when to work (as long as our client and your colleagues are not concerned).

Tasks

WHAT YOU WOULD DO
- You conduct research from which you'll develop prototypes and proofs of concept.
- You prepare reports and visualizations to communicate results in a clean and concise way.
- You take care of continuous data and model improvements through research and experimentation.
- You lead technical calls and workshops with the customer during the exploration phase for potential use-cases.
- You carry on domain knowledge exchange, and technical review meetings to show progress to the customer.
- You keep yourself up to date with the latest research papers & M L trends, and share knowledge within the team.
- In your first particular project you ́ll be working on supporting the development of a connected car data platform with and for our client and their more than 20 million customers.
- The client is looking for Data Scientists who think big picture and also love to get into the dirty details of data.

Concrete tasks will involve the introduction of different scoring algorithms, the creation of completely new data products or gamification concepts based on driving data.
- You will join a partly remote team that has been working on the solution for more than a year, building it from scratch. If you ́re based in or around Vienna, you can also work from there - we have a really nice office in the city center and the Austrian part of the team meets up regularly.

**Requirements**:
WHAT SKILLS WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- German and English written and spoken perfectly.
- You have at least 2 years of experience in industry showing completed projects.
- You are skilled in Machine Learning approaches and Machine Learning frameworks.
- You own well-founded intuition about experimentation.
- You possess a proficient understanding of Python and libraries such as Pandas, Numpy, Jupyter, etc.
- You 're friendly and supportive to team mates and clients.
- You´re adaptable and flexible and like to solve problems.
- You ́re commercially aware.
- You can be articulate and persuasive when it comes to solution proposals

( + ) You´re familiar with the Microsoft Azure environment.

( + ) You have an end to end understanding of data pipelines and are skilled at using SQL.

We work from Austria, Germany, Kosovo and Croatia.
