**Job Description**:
- Based on an existing GAP analysis you are responsible to drive and monitor the progress of MAFACT implementation according to a confirmed implementation plan using the MAFACT Tracking Tool. Creation of periodical performance reports according to group standards is also part of your job
- You implement training concepts and programs, set up trainings for all hierarchical levels and coordinate the trainings programs as well as the tracking of trainings performance
- You set up continuous improvement workshops and push the initiation and documentation of continuous improvement projects in all departments. The improvement of the existing employee suggestion program in the plant is also in your responsibility
- You organize the certification as a MAFACT Assessor for yourself and for all relevant people in the plant. The planning and execution of yearly Assessments on Group and Division level in the plant of Zhenjiang complete your job description
- In this role you act as an interface to MAFACT Leads at the Homebase to the regional MAFACT Leads in China and to the Mafact Plant and Mafact Department Leads of our JV partner BJEV
**Qualifications**:
- Higher technical education with a focus on Automotive, Technics (University, UAS)
- At least 5 years of working experience in an operational function on a production site
- General know-how about the serial production process in Automotive Industry
- Skills in project management, presentation and leading of meetings and workshops
- Experience in setting up Training concepts and workshops
- Lean/Six Sigma education preferred
- Interdisciplinary leadership experience is an advantage
- Good computer skills (e.g., PowerPoint, Excel)
- Excellent German and English skills (written and spoken)
- Chinese language skill is an advantage
- Flexibility and a high willingness to travel
**Additonal Information**:
For this function, we offer an attractive compensation package (minimum gross
€ 80.000,00) including variable remuneration element.
