**What we offer**

As the Product Management team in Customer Innovation & Maintenance (CIM), we are responsible for defining and managing the entire CIM product lifecycle, from product strategy and definition, to product roll-out, enablement and field support. We manage more than 120 products with dedicated product owners/managers and continue to launch new products on a frequent basis. We are looking for a highly motivated Product Expert for our successful partner product portfolio with Tricentis and Micro Focus solution extensions.

**Responsibilities**:**
Product Development**

Product vision & strategy; influence product backlog; requirement profiles & customer value analysis; product quality & time to market; alignment with other standard products; ensure successful product releases.

**Product Viability**

Financial product success; pipeline development & product growth; product & maintenance profitability

**Product Marketing and Go-to-Market**

Deal support; assets and enablement for (pre-)sales, partners & consulting; analyze market & competitors; GTM planning.

**Market Observation, Customers and Product Excellence**

Ensure product meets SAP standards; references & customer communities; functional completeness & quality.

**Requirements**:

- 5+ years experience in product management or other customer facing roles
- Excellent understanding of Software Testing processes, ideally withinthe Tricentis product portfolio
- Proven track record of building a strategy and executing to it
- Experience of bringing new products to market is a plus
- Experience in SAP partner management and network is a plus
- First-hand experience in engaging with key accounts and reference customers
- Ability to understand, analysis and solve complex problems
- International experience - working and/or studying in several countries - a plus
- Strong team orientation and ability to thrive on virtual, international, cross-functional teams, strong entrepreneurial responsibility and independent thinking
- Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills
