**Our business**

**Your role**:

- Preparation of comprehensive reporting of all Mergers & Acquisition (M&A) activities to Executive Board and Supervisory Board.
- Support the line manager in M&A activities related to Exploration & Production within OMV Group.
- Project Management of material M&A transactions related to Exploration & Production in OMV Group.
- Executes analysis and valuations on acquisition & disposal targets - performing valuations, business plan reviews and financial analysis and acting as interface to Finance organization as well as to Investor Relations and Communication.
- Accountable for De-investment analysis for OMV Group, presenting the cost/benefit scenarios
- Identify financial issues & initiate solutions with Finance Management & with Group Controlling, Finance, Accounting, Tax etc.
- Concept, steer & take decisions with interfaces in OMV Group (e.g. Accounting, Tax, Treasury etc.).
- Build and maintain market intelligence related to M&A activities in the sector, monitor industry trends and identify implications on the Group

**Your profile**:

- You have a Master Degree in Economics and Business Administration
- You have minimum 9 years of relevant professional experience
- You have extensive knowledge about M&A, company and project evaluation
- You have high individual responsibility in generation and validation of sensitive corporate figures
- You have very good communication skills
- You have a high stress tolerance, conflict management ability and load capacity
- You have high accuracy in providing correct information and figures
- You have excellent English skills
