**Better requires process discipline and **simplification**

Education or equivalent experience is required, with solid experience in regulatory reporting in an international environment and within the financial services industry. A Masters in Finance or a MBA is preferred. You have a deep understanding of current and future regulatory changes and have advanced Excel skills. You are a strong team player who is highly accountable and has a strong work ethic. Having excellent communication skills will make you successful in this role, as you will manage multiple stakeholders daily. Fluency in German and English is essential.
