**En Marketing Cultural, damos alas a las personas e ideas, centrándonos en las escenas de música y danza.**

Como especialista en proyectos musicales globales, trabajará en estrecha colaboración con el Global Music Project Manager y Global Head of Music apoyando a los mercados con proyectos Red Bull Freestyle / Improvisación. Esta posición es responsable de comprender el panorama y la cultura de Freestyle / Improvisación de cada mercado, al tiempo que traduce la estrategia global a cada proyecto que poseerá.
El papel también comprende el apoyo de la relación de artista firmada por Red Bull Batalla y el apoyo de eventos de improvisación de 3eros.

**Descripción del empleo**:
**IMPLEMENTATION DE LA ESTRATEGIA MUSICAL GLOBAL**

Serás responsable de apoyar a los mercados en la ejecución de proyectos en sus países a lo largo de nuestra estrategia global con un enfoque en nuestros proyectos de freestyle/ improvisación en todo el mundo. Serás experto/a cuando se trata de garantizar los estándares y la calidad de la marca en todas las activaciones y eventos, al tiempo que proteges el valor de la marca Red Bull. También tendrás la responsabilidad de supervisar el desarrollo de las relaciones y la cooperación con la comunidad de freestyle durante todo el año.

**GESTIÓN DE RELACIONES DE TALENTO**

Alinearás y guiarás a los países a lo largo de todas las fases de la relación con los artistas y monitorearás nuestra lista de talentos. Junto con los equipos en los mercados, descubre sinergias y oportunidades para nuestros talentos, por ejemplo, proyectos de contenido o activaciones. Serás responsable de la marcaje de los artistas y del desarrollo de sus herramientas de marcaje.

**EVENT INFORMES Y PERSPECTIVAS**

Serás responsable de todas las alineaciones previas al evento y el seguimiento. Recopilarás datos de eventos e informes y compartirás ideas / aprendizajes para proporcionar una base para el desarrollo e innovación.

**Requisitos**:
Excelentes habilidades de comunicación (escrita y hablada) y capacidad para trabajar en equipos multifuncionales

Una alta motivación de trabajar en un entorno diverso y acelerado con partes interesadas, multiculturales e internacionales

Comprensión de la comunidad de freestyle para poder guiar a los mercados en el desarrollo de un proyecto comunitario y la creación de una red sólida

Pensamiento estratégico y comprensión de los principios de marketing de marca

Fuertes habilidades de presentación

Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2,041 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
