As an International Trade Marketing Specialist in our Global On Premise department, you’ll be the responsible for the development and maintenance of the Red Bull’s On Premise consumer engagement (including digital communication) at the point of sale as well as for supporting the extension of the Brand led consumer activations to the On Premise locations. The International On Premise Trade Marketing Specialist will collaborate closely with different stakeholders alongside in different and exciting projects while focusing on the target of winning digitally in a truly global market setting.
**DIGITAL CONTENT & ACTIVATIONS**
In this role you’ll be the project owner of all digital consumer projects while developing premium & impactful digital contents and activations with global relevance inside the On Premise channel and point of sales.
You’ll analyze and identify trends, constantly filling the innovation and development pipeline for the different segments and improving our processes simplifying the consumer journey. Working closely with different internal and external (creative and tech agencies) stakeholders to guarantee innovation while showcasing our cans.
You’ll have the opportunity to test new products and prototypes to ensure marketability.
**SUPPORTING THE ORGANIZATION: DRIVE STRATEGY INTO ACTION**
You’ll support cross departmental collaboration with customer specific content development and aligning interdisciplinary requirements to ensure best in class exchange of information with internal and external stakeholders. You’ll assist Red Bull country organization and key markets sharing best practices from all markets, highlighting opportunities, challenging the status quo, developing key solutions, identifying risks and opportunities and with project rollouts, including the extension of Brand consumer activations to the On Premise.
You’ll also be responsible for running regular performance analysis of digital engagement projects.
**Qualifications**:
Previous experience in one of those fields: Sales, Marketing, Trade Marketing or Digital Marketing
Strong project management skills
Strong communication skills that show the ability to conceptualize and explain complex concepts in a simple way to all different stakeholders
Self-motivated team-player that enjoys working in a diverse and fast-paced environment with multicultural and international stakeholders

Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2,041 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
