**Join our On Premise Trade Marketing team and become an integrated part in leveraging Red Bull product and brand to win new customers and drive can sales**:
As International Trade Marketing Manager in our Global On Premise department, you’ll closely collaborate with the International Key Account team, in order to develop and roll-out the strategy for focus Key Account segments like Catering, QSR, Delivery, Casual Dining, etc. In addition, you’ll manage all marketing related projects for our Top Global Key Account partners whilst developing marketing concepts that help acquiring and growing other Global & Regional Partnerships.

- DEVELOPMENT OF GLOBAL STRATEGIES AND TOOLS

In this role you’ll create customer marketing plans and activation toolkits for selected key customers to drive distribution as well as volume in the Key Accounts & Distribution Channel. You’ll support on the implementation of category management capabilities in the On Premise department for focus Key Account segments like Catering & Delivery. Based on key consumer and industry insights you’ll create compelling Selling-In presentations. You’ll support the Top 25 markets by rolling out and implementing our Global Key Account Marketing Strategy.
- CROSS-DEPARTMENTAL & STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT

You’ll push the boundaries via impactful Joint Business Plans with our Top Key Account Partners to increase our distribution and volume. In addition, you’ll develop marketing activations in alignment with our global brand department. In collaboration with markets, you’ll identify opportunities and needs to secure Look & Act Like number 1 activation and execution. You’ll create action plans and adapt global tools to meet the needs and opportunities of the local markets.
- SUPPORTING THE ORGANIZATION

You’ll support cross departmental collaboration by development of marketing activation toolkits and providing country support for implementation. Moreover, you’ll analyse POS needs and align with our development team for Key Account & Distribution. You’ll support the acquisition and growth of additional Global & Regional Key Accounts through impactful JBP’s. You’ll define and share best practices from all markets highlighting opportunities for growth as well as challenge the markets to improve the overall Global Performance.

EXPERIENCE**

- +4 years of experience in Trade Marketing, with a proven track record working with global brands across marketing and insight functions
- Knowledge of the On Premise industry and trade are required
- Ability to analyse complex trends and connect the dots between multifaceted disciplines
- Solid & in depth understanding of sales processes & high-level negotiation with Global & Regional Key Accounts
- Develop specific, valuable, innovative strategies and concepts, while not losing sight of the commercial ‘big picture’
- Demonstrate exceptional presentation skills
- Passion for establishing new business partnerships
- University degree in Business Management, Marketing, Project Management, or relevant work experience
- Excellent command of English; Other languages are an advantage, but not required
- Travel 10%
