As part of the International On Premise Sales & Marketing Team, the main priorities of the International Product Manager POS Material will be the development of new Point of Sales materials for different On Premise segments, handling the innovation pipeline for new need based projects and manage the existing POS tool portfolio. This includes the entire lifecycle of a project, from the ideation phase to the market introduction and global performance tracking as well as working with different and international stakeholders.

**DEVELOPMENT & POS PORTFOLIO MANAGEMENT**

You'll be responsible for the POS (Point of sale) tool portfolio and lifecycle management for all products from ideation to delisting.

You'll also analyze global needs and trends and constantly fill the innovation and development pipeline for various tool categories in the different On Premise segments.

You'll also manage ideation process with internal and external stakeholders as well as the development of new tools in collaboration with 3rd party agencies, trade marketing and sales teams in all Red Bull subsidiaries.

Testing of new products and prototypes, to ensure marketability will also be a part of your role.

**SUPPORTING THE ORGANIZATION**

You'll be responsible for providing Red Bull country organizations with always up to date product and project information while ensuring proper documentation and availability of required legal paperwork for global usage.

You'll work as the product expert and main contact for functional hardware, event tools, illuminated visibility, print and têxtile.

Checking bi-annual order figures, in alignment with global Operations, prior to global order runs will also be a part of your job.

You'll be in charge of activate stock management for international and central stock inventory while ensuring availability of key products and monitor value on stock, analyze POS tool placement figures, provide Red Bull country organization with insights and benchmark scenarios, align interdisciplinary requirements to ensure best in class exchange of information with internal and external stakeholders and collect and share best practices from markets, highlighting opportunities.

**Qualifications**:
5 years of experience in the field of (POS) product development and/or product portfolio management

Experience in creative industrial design would be a plus

Project Management Skills

Ability to analyse complex trends and connect the dots between multifaceted disciplines

Exceptionally strong communicator that excels in translating complex business issues into practical solutions, whilst understanding differences of market needs

Self-motivated, self-directed and flexible
