The International Business Analyst will play an integral role in the International Retail Key Account team by creating, maintaining, and analyzing centralized KPI reports. The International Business Analyst will be responsible for the coordination and communication of the International Retail Key Account performance internally and externally. Also, will be the key user of data platforms relating to sales and budgeting. As a third pillar, the Business Analyst will drive best practice sharing to the wider Sales Off Premise community via our intranet.
**Business Reporting**
In this role you will be responsible for optimizing and updating the International Key Account monthly volume and turnover report as well as do some accurate maintenance of the International Agreement investment for CPM and non-CPM markets in close collaboration with International Key Account Managers and Sales Controlling. You'll also update our quarterly International Key Account Turnover declarations and in-store initiative scorecards. Ad-hoc customer reporting & presentations will also be a part of your scope.
**Business Analysis and collaboration**
You'll manage the International Retail Sharepoint page with regular best practice sharing and publication of relevant industry news, Deliver insights from the Global Key Account Managers dashboard and customer sell-out data, provide ad hoc value chain analysis on specific customers and International Key Account exposure analysis, support feedback on the global Key Account Managers section of the annual business plans submitted by the top 30 markets and track local market customer Sustainability requests and responses.
**Qualifications**:
University Degree
Excellent English Skills
Strong analytical skills with commercial acumen to deliver relevant actionable insights
High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Able to communicate effectively with stakeholders at different levels of the organization, across functions and from different cultural backgrounds
Solution-oriented mindset with good problem-solving skills
Attention to detail
Quick learner, curious and self-motivated with an ability to work independently
A team player with high integrity
**Additional Information**:
Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is € 2.041 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
