**WIN AND SUPPORT MARKETS ON WINNING NEW BUSINESS**:
In this role you’ll execute key projects aligned with our global QSR strategy while supporting the team on winning mainly within the global Tier 1 QSR target accounts (McDonald’s, Burger King, Domino’s, YUM, Subway) but also with other target accounts and franchise groups (Papa John’s, Vapiano, Pret a manger, Amrest, DPE, Alsea). Ensure the development of sustainable distribution and volume whilst establishing strong relationships with our partners on international and local level. You’ll also be responsible for sharing best practice examples and showcasing success in QSR and Fast Casual internally, highlighting the importance of the Global QSR and Fast Casual business for the Global On Premise.
**DEVELOPING STRATEGIES AND TOOLS**:
You'll be responsible for further develop the Red Bull Strategy towards Global Strategic Accounts in QSR and Fast Casual and integrate it into our overall Global On Premise Strategy ensuring we grow horizontal and vertical Distribution making Red Bull available to consumers at the moment of need. You'll have the opportunity to enhance, evolve and adapt current tools for efficient account acquisition, management and tracking.
**SUPPORTING THE BUSINESS**:
You'll be responsible to guarantee a close collaboration with the global & local Trade Marketing Teams to build and rollout strong business plans which will deliver sustainable growth in our sales. Analyse current agreements between the accounts to identify potential Distribution & Executional Void Gap while generating insights and transform them to Action in the Outlets.
**Your areas of knowledge and expertise**:
- University degree in Business Management, Project Management, Economics or Engineering, or the equivalent field experience
- Minimum of 2 years of Account Management, ideally within the QSR industry or within an On Premise / FMCG companies. Alternatively, you have worked at an international foodservice brand
- Self-motivated team-player that enjoys working in a diverse and fast-paced environment with multicultural and international stakeholders
- Demonstrate exceptional presentation skills and having excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
- Strong knowledge in Power-Point and Excel. SAP would be a plus
- Strong strategic and innovative thinking
- Passion for establishing new business partnerships
- Experience with negotiation, with problem-solving and with a solution-oriented mindset
