In this exciting role, you will be responsible for defining and implementing the Global On Premise Vending Strategy together with the On Premise Trade Marketing Team. In addition, you will be responsible for selling in, and implementing, this strategy with the Global Catering Partners as well as On Premise Vending Partners. You will act as a key contributor to implement the global strategy with global and regional partners as well.
**DEVELOPMENT OF GLOBAL STRATEGIES AND TOOLS**
You'll be responsible for creating and adapting the Red Bull On Premise Vending Strategy and integrate it into our overall Global On Premise Strategy ensuring we grow horizontal and vertical distribution and have executional excellence onsite. You'll also support the top 25 markets by rolling out and implementing the above-mentioned strategy within Global Catering and Vending Partners. Working closely with the markets on data reporting excellence ensuring the full mapping of the Vending Universe (Machines & Operators) with high data quality to support strategic direction as well as working together with the Trade Marketing Team to think “out of the box” on how to generate value for our Vending Partners to expedite the listing of Red Bull in Vending Machines & Micro Markets. Using tools and, when necessary, enhance, evolve and adapt current tools for efficient account acquisition, management, and tracking will also be part of your role.
**HANDS ON**
You'll be responsible for pushing the boundaries with the Global Catering and Vending Partners via impactful Stakeholder Management and Joint Business Plans (JBP’s) to increase our distribution and activation top down. You'll challenge, guide and support the markets in winning with Global and Regional Vending Partners to improve the overall Global On Premise Performance.
**LEADERSHIP AND TRAININGS**
In this role you'll be managing the Global On Premise Vending Partners and the Vending Divisions of the Global Catering Partners while leading by example and showcasing the importance of Vending to the Global On Premise Business. You'll be in charge of sharing best in class examples on how to win in Catering and Vending and will be accountable for identifying the Key Global and Regional On Premise Vending Partners in the Top 25 Markets.
**Qualifications**:
Minimum 3 years’ experience with Account Management, ideally within the On Premise, Vending or FMCG is appreciated
Project Management skills
Strategic and innovative thinking
A problem-solving mindset with strong willingness to learn
Strong communication skills are required to translate complex business topics into practical and relevant terms whilst understanding cultural differences
Advanced presentation skills will be required to communicate global strategies and processes across multiple markets in a simple, clear, concise, and empowering way
Passion for establishing new business partnerships is needed to foster strategic global partnerships increasing distribution and sales within the On Premise
