**You are characterized by a service-oriented and structured way of working? Join our Global On Premise Sales Team and support the Department Head in all administrative and budget related topics.**
In this position, you act as the personal assistant to the Global Head of On Premise, take over all coordination related topics, and first and foremost make sure to showcase & leverage the world of Red Bull in a targeted way.
**Personal Assistant to Manager**
Monitoring and autonomous management of Direct Manager’s mail account
Manage approval process for all Direct Reports, close monitoring and in alignment with Manager
Creation of PowerPoint presentations
**Budget Management**
In charge of Global On Premise indirects budget including comprehensive planning, close monitoring, accounting and approval of invoices
**Project Management**
Planning, budgeting, coordinating and reporting of International Flagshipbar Concept to ensure top notch appearance at leading events and festivals in Europe
Create unforgettable “in real life experiences” for B2B to showcase & leverage the world of Red Bull in a targeted way
**Calendar Management**
Coordination of all meetings, appointments and workshops to ensure efficient time managemen
**Travel coordination**
Coordination for flights, hotels and visas
Partly accompanying the manager to trips/meetings
**Qualifications**:
Minimum of 3 year's experience in project management/ meeting coordination/ PA
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint Skills
Excellent organizational skills as well as strong oral presentation and written communication skills
Self-motivated, self-directed, flexible and be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced team environment
**Additional Information**:

Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2,041 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
