Are you up for supporting our international Legal team at Red Bull’s headquarter? In this role you’ll be their first line of defense and responsible for assisting the Head of General Legal and the General Legal team in their widespread set of responsibilities.

- ADMINISTRATION AND SUPPORT

In this role you‘ll be responsible for coordinating all administrative topics within our General Legal team. You’ll provide support for the whole team, take over the filing and maintenance of legal documents and work closely with the accounting department by handling invoices. You´ll prepare and amend correspondence, letters agreements, templates/forms and handle the shipment of documents.
- COORDINATION

You’ll help the team in the organization of meetings, events and workshops from the planning and conception stage to the final realization. Furthermore you’ll take over travel organization and the settling of any travel expenses.
- RESEARCH

Together with your team you’ll research legal topics, for example properties in the SAGIS, compare various documents and handle the collection of signatures and coordination of any translations needed.
- COMMUNICATION

Your team will rely on you to handle all incoming and outgoing information and working on building a reliable information flow with internal and external stakeholders

EXPERIENCE**

- Solid working experience in an administration or coordination role (e.g. Assistant), ideally within an international and dynamic organization
- Outstanding organizational skills and a high level of commitment to handle tasks reliably, communicatively and with absolute trustworthiness
- Prior experience in event organization would be helpful
- Excellent MS Office skills, especially PowerPoint & Excel
- Service-oriented, positive, enthusiastic and confident personality
- Completed studies in a relevant field or completed commercial training (HAK / HBLA Matura)
- Fluent in German and English
- Travel 10%
- Permanent
