Join our On Premise Trade Marketing team and become an integrated part in leveraging Red Bull product and brand to win new customers and drive can sales**:
As International Trade Marketing Manager in our Global On Premise department, you’ll closely collaborate with the International Key Account team, to develop and roll-out the strategy for focus Key Account across all segments (Catering, QSR, Delivery, Casual Dining, etc). In addition, you’ll manage all marketing related projects for our Top Global Key Account partners whilst developing marketing concepts that help acquiring and growing other Global & Regional Partnerships. Leveraging Red Bull product and brand to win new customers and selling more cans to existing and new consumers.

**DEVELOPMENT OF GLOBAL STRATEGIES AND TOOLS**:
**SUPPORT BUILDING OUR BRAND IN THE ON PREMISE CHANNEL**:
You'll be responsible to guarantee brand standards across all activations while protecting Red Bull brand equity. You will also coordinate and support the trade marketing and key account local teams to develop account messaging strategy that aligns with company programs.

**BE THE MARKETING EXPERT IN CUSTOMER MEETINGS**:
You'll be the expert for all marketing projects with our Key Account customers, being responsible to understand their needs and translate it into programs, in line with our strategic On Premise priorities. Work closely with different areas inside the company (Sports, Gaming, Culture and Brand) to develop marketing plans for key global partners, being always ready to represent the brand to promote business opportunities.

**SUPPORTING THE ORGANIZATION: DRIVE STRATEGY INTO ACTION**:
You’ll support cross departmental collaboration by development of marketing activation toolkits and providing country support for implementation. You’ll define and share best practices from all markets, highlighting opportunities for growth as well as challenge the markets to improve the overall Global Performance.

**Your areas of knowledge and expertise**:

- University degree in Business Management, Marketing, Project Management, or the equivalent field experience
- +4 years of experience in Trade Marketing, with a proven track record working with global brands across marketing and insight functions
- Solid & in depth understanding of sales processes & high-level negotiation with Global & Regional Key Accounts
- Project management experience with proven strong external and internal stakeholder management skills
- Ability to conceptualize and explain complex concepts in a simple way to all different stakeholders
- Self-motivated team-player that enjoys working in a diverse and fast-paced environment with multicultural and international stakeholders
- Demonstrate exceptional presentation skills and having excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
- Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking
- Passion for establishing new business partnerships
- Experience with negotiation, with problem-solving and with a solution-oriented mindset
