**As International Shopper Insights Specialist you’ll generate impactful shopper insights for Red Bull as well as the Energy Drinks category and lead an effective delivery and communication of the gained knowledge with key partners.**:
You’ll manage and lead the analysis and usage of customer loyalty card purchased by Red Bull globally.

**Shopper Data Management & Exploitation**:
In this role you’ll develop an international strategy to share with your stakeholders on how to use and capitalize on the power of customer loyalty card data in the best way possible. Additionally, you’ll be responsible for extracting meaninful and useful data to find credible, pragmatic, and impactful ways of working. At the same time you’ll generate and make use of some insights to inluence international strategies and decision making.

**Cross-Market Insights Generation**:
You’ll structure and analyse multiple data sets and extract key findings as well as recommendations to support the business. Moreover, you’ll share expert knowledge and create an environment to share best practices and market examples.

**Storytelling & “So what?”**:
As International Shopper Insights Specialist you’ll focus on transforming raw data into selling stories that address specific business needs and communicate findings of analysis on key platforms. You’ll understand the needs, expectations, and ways of working of your stakeholders to deliver impactful selling materials based on shopper data.

**Cross-functional Collaboration & Upskilling**:
You’ll share insights, prepare presentations, and provide trainings to different levels in the organization as well as external stakeholders such as retailers.

**Your areas of knowledge and expertise**:

- University degree in Business Administration or similar
- Proven data provider, retailer or client insight experience
- Extensive knowledge of the usage of shopper data (customer loyalty card & shopper panel) or CRM systems & experience with management, analysis & insights generation
- Strong project management and planning competencies
- Solution-oriented mindset with problem solving and strategic thinking skills
- Proven experience working with multiple sources of continuous and ad hoc research
- Strong ability to turn data into insight and drive insight into action
- Self-motivated team-player that enjoys working in a diverse and fast-paced environment with multicultural and international stakeholders
- Excellent Excel & PowerPoint skills
- Demonstrate exceptional presentation skills and having excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
- Ability to conceptualize and explain complex concepts in a simple way to all different stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking
