As International Distribution Specialist you’ll develop and implement global distribution management initiatives which supports markets in achieving their sales goals

**STRATEGY & SELECTION**

In this role you’ll activate and facilitate Distribution Partner selection process in markets where our products are sold through a Distribution Partner or Route to Market change. In addition, you’ll support regions and markets on business plans and to collaboratively add value to Distribution Partner, Wholesaler and Cash and Carry performance.

**TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT**

Another responsibility of yours is to develop and implement a Distribution Partner Manager Global training solution as well as organize and deliver the trainings to local market trainers successfully.

**DISTRIBUTION PARTNER ACTIVATION**

You’ll collaborate closely with relevant stakeholders within the local market and head quarter teams to identify sales and efficiency opportunities. You will also work closely with local market stakeholders to ensure prioritized activation of our Distributior & Wholesale Partners via our system tools & processes.

**Qualifications**:
Minimum 3 years sales management experience in either Distribution, Wholesale or Key Accounts

An understanding of how to motivate field-based salespeople

Experience in executing building and maintaining strategic partnerships with customers while having the ability to influence and manage key stakeholders

Experience of Route to Market and P&L Management

Confident with data analysis and experience using internal and external data sources

Good knowledge of FMCG industry, beverage industry a plus

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

Resilience and adaptability to solve problems and identify priorities in a fast-pace environment
