**Company Description**:
**CATEGORY MANAGEMENT FUNDAMENTALS**

In this role you'll be responsible as a support for the Global Category Managers in customer and country category management projects driving insights into actions. Including, but not limited to, shopper & data analysis, customer top-to-top meetings, and working with top global and country specific Customers in implementing Red Bull’s category management process. You'll also be developing and delivering customers presentations that share key category insights and strategies as well as developing impactful Conceptual Selling Stories, which result in changes at retail. You'll also be accountable for engage members of the sales team at all levels with all available Insights materials and build, communicate, and maintain industry best in class Category Development Resources.

**CONCEPTUAL SELLING**

You'll act as the lead for the process of updating case studies, training material, coordinate and share best practices and strategy. You'll also work with the Global Category Managers to further develop and refine the conceptual selling capabilities while becoming the global leading expert in all topics and the coordinator and share global best practices.

**TRAINING & COMMUNICATION**

Collaborate with Global Category Managers and country Trade Marketing to enhance Red Bull's top-tier Category Management training programs globally, assist in refining Category College, support CatMan Lite and Space Planning training, encourage knowledge sharing and best practice dissemination, oversee team communication across platforms, and organize quarterly Global Trade Marketing community meetings in collaboration with key stakeholders.

**SPACE PLANNING**

You'll act as a support for the Global Category Managers in maintaining all internal space planning capabilities and will be the key user of JDA space planning to support country teams in developing best in class space planning solutions.

**Qualifications**:
University - Bachelor’s Degree

Fluent English

Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint

Ability to draw the insights from multiple data sources, and complex sets of data

Knowledge of sales data (e.g: Nielsen, Circana, IRI) would be an advantage

Knowledge of Planograming software would be an advantage

Excellent analytical skills are needed not only to evaluate, but also to provide useful, actionable tools that are clear, meaningful, and delivered in a timely manner

Strong project management and planning competencies

Attention to detail

Innovative, solution-oriented mindset with problem solving and strategic thinking skills

Great communication skills are required to express analytics to various levels in the organization; as well as, the ability to deliver presentations and training

Must be able to effectively interact with peers, sales management and senior management

**Additional Information**:
Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is € 2041 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
