**Ihr Profil**:

- Abgeschlossene Lehrausbildung im Einzelhandel oder vergleichbare Qualifikation mit mind. 4 Jahren Berufserfahrung
- Führungserfahrung in einer Filiale oder als stellvertretende Führungskraft im Einzelhandel, idealerweise in Branchen wie Küchengeräte, Küchenbau, Genuss
- und Lebensmittel oder Luxusgüter, z.B.: Filialleiter / Filialleitung / Marktleiter / Niederlassungsleiter / Store Manager / Einzelhandelskaufmann / Einzelhandelskauffrau / Verkäufer / Verkäuferin (m/w/d) gerne auch Quereinsteiger aus der Gastronomie: Hotelfachmann / Hotelfachfrau / Restaurantfachmann / Restaurantfachfrau / Fachkraft für Systemgastronomie / Lebensmittelindustrie / Lebensmittelbranche (m/w/d)
- Starke kunden
- und verkaufsorientierte Persönlichkeit, die als begeisterungsfähiges Vorbild agiert
- Flexibilität, Einsatzbereitschaft und Eigenmotivation als Store Manager
- Wohnort in der Nähe der Filiale
- Sprachgewandt in Deutsch und Englisch; weitere Sprachen von Vorteil
- Versiert im Umgang mit Microsoft Applikationen

**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Verantwortung für 2 bis 3 Mitarbeiter im Store und Gesamtmanagement des Standortes
- Organisation des Mitarbeiter-Einsatzplans, Durchführung von Recruiting-Gesprächen und Umsetzung der Warenpräsentation
- Aktive Mitgestaltung des Einkaufserlebnisses durch exzellente Kundenberatung
- Fokus auf Umsatzziele und Zusammenarbeit mit dem Team zur Erreichung der Zielvorgaben
