**About the job**

As our new Customer Intelligence Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, creating, executing and analyzing all processes related to our customer satisfaction survey. You will act as an interface between the CRM and Sales departments across all levels, ensuring an efficient setting up of target groups, and managing survey layouts, analysis and communication measures related to the survey. Supporting certain process implementations in our CRM and ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365, S4HANA, O9 SCM) and driving related change management topics also fall under the scope of this role.

**In addition, your tasks will include**:

- Creating and sending out mailings and other communication measures related to customer satisfaction survey results, both internally and externally
- Setting, tracking and improving key performance indicators supporting the customer satisfaction survey globally
- Providing support material (live trainings, step-by-step-tutorials etc.) to ensure a successful survey execution and process implementation

**What we expect from you in terms of**

**Education & skills**
- Strong experience in operational CRM management, ideally in Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Experience with S4HANA, O9 SCM tools or other reporting tools related to PowerBI will be an asset

**Languages**
- English - Proficient/Fluent
- Any other language is considered an asset

**Work Experience**
- A few years of relevant professional experience working with CRM/marketing automation systems

The annual gross salary for this position will start from € 65.000,00 on a full-time basis, depending on your qualification and experience, as well as the amount of overtime and your level of seniority. We will make sure to offer you a competitive salary package that values your relevant background and that’s in line with market values.
