Project Manager Lyocell Filament

Key Responsibilities
- Initiation and execution of projects for development and optimization of process steps with internal and external partners
- Significant contribution to technology commercialization
- Support of product development based on Lyocell filament
- Planning, supervision and evaluation of pilot and support of commercial trials
- Support of projects in the direction of a ‘smart factory’ (data science, predictive quality,)
- Management of project interfaces (R&D, engineering, product development, quality, legal, business management, TCS,)
- Literature and patent research in the respective field
- Initiation and drafting of product, process & technology patents

Our Expectations
- Academic degree (university, FH) in têxtile, natural scientific discipline or (chemical) engineering or minimum 3 years experience in Lyocell process
- Textile downstream experience a plus
- Experience in process troubleshooting & optimization of Lyocell processes as well as equipment design
- Exceptional analytical problem solving
- Project management skills & experience
- Willingness to travel
- Self-motivated, self-starter with good communication skills
- Experience in working in a cross-functional team

Your Outcome

The monthly gross salary for this position is according to collective agreement in the chemical industry based on 38 working hours/week at least EUR 3,800. with a willingness to overpay - depending on qualifications and experience.
Additionally you will also take part in the Lenzing bonus system. We offer flexible working time and remote working options.
