**Technical Customer Service Manager (Nonwovens)**:

**Purpose & key responsibilities of the role**:
- You will support technical and quality requests, develop and propose technical solutions, organize and participate in nonwoven trials, verify and introduce new developments (Business Development approach)
- Together with Sales & Key Account Management, you will provide technical support for external partners (direct customers, converters and brands) and for competitor analysis
- You will support in handling internal and external audits, market inquiries, customer complaints.
- You will head business partner-related developments concerning technical or product-related requests
- You will support new fiber implementation at customers, planning and execution of internal and external fiber trials
- You will monitor state-of-the-art and relationship management with special regard to equipment and fiber manufacturers
**Your ideal profile**:
- You have a Degree in Textile/Nonwoven Technology or Engineering or a strong Lenzing experience
- You have several years of professional experience in Textiles/nonwoven manufacturing along with at least 3 years of experience with direct customer interactions
- You have advanced knowledge of nonwoven technologies, substrates, manufacturing and costing
- You have strong experience in project management
- You are a strong negotiator across different cultural environments
- You have experience in SAP, Microsoft Office & Customer Relationship Management
- You have strong English language skills with a technical understanding
- You are willing to travel (up to 30%)

The monthly gross salary for this position, based on a 38 hour working week, according to the collective agreement in the chemical industry, is at least EUR 4,200**.** with a willingness to overpay depending on qualifications and experience.
Additionally, you will take part in the Lenzing bonus system.
