**Purpose & key responsibilities of the role**:

- Contributes to the Lenzing Digitalization Program
- Works to continuously improve our business operations.
- Drives the development and management of projects scope, schedule, and expectations together with cross-functional teams.
- Develops detailed project plans to track progress (e.g. project tasks, meetings and milestones) to deliver projects on time, within scope and budget.
- Creates and maintains comprehensive project documentation
- Ensures project scope or and that any changes of the project plans are documented and approved.
- Leads post-project evaluation to leverage strengths and improve areas of weakness.
- Applies the global tools and best practices for project management and execution
- Escalates to department managers to align deliverables and meet objectives as they continuously shift and change between programs.
- Reports on progress and monitors all assigned projects and prepare status reports to department managers.
- Organizes internal and external project team members to support our business

**Our expectations for this exciting role**:

- University degree in engineering or business informatics
- Must possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in a project manager position
- Project Management Certification preferred, e.g. PMP, IPMA.
- SAP expertise is an option
- Lean Six Sigma belt preferred
- Able to adapt to change in the work environment
- Able to work in a team and produce quality output under tight deadlines
- Strong verbal and oral communication skills
- Very good English skills, German as an option
- Self-motivated and strong analytical skills
- Attention to detail, prioritization skill, and time management
- Quick learner with a positive attitude
- Maintain a strong relationship with key groups

The monthly gross salary for this position is according to collective agreement in the chemical industry based on 38 working hours/week at least EUR 3,450. with a willingness to overpay - depending on qualifications and experience.
Additionally you will also take part in the Lenzing bonus system.
