**Manager Partnerships for Sustainability**:

**Purpose & key responsibilities of the role**:

- You will work with our external partners on the goal of driving the transformation of the nonwovens industry towards 100% cellulosic fibers
- You will map out, build up, and leverage a network, identifying potential parties to collaborate with and external funding partners to cooperate with
- You will manage and develop partnerships, and be responsible for co-ordination between internal and external parties
- You will network internally to interlink activities & projects with each other, driving cross-departmental collaboration with relevant Lenzing site departments and exploiting synergies
- You will prepare risk analysis reports on partners and topics, and strategize the lead-in to relationships and partnerships

**Our expectations for this exciting role**:

- You hold a university degree; and have several years of experience in Project Management or Communications in the area of Sustainability, CSR or similar
- You have experience of working in, or closely alongside, NGOs or supranational organizations - ideally in a networking or lobbying capacity
- You are a mature, empathetic person, an excellent networker, and a great communicator, with strong written and oral presentation skills in English (C1), and ideally German
- You have good IT skills (MS Office, MS Outlook; basic CRM skills)
- You are well-organized and tenacious, and have excellent planning and execution skills
- You have positive, “can do” attitude and a hands-on mentality
- You are a great team player with good intercultural sensitivity

The gross salary for this position according to the collective agreement in the chemical industry is Grade Level 4, with the willingness to overpay depending on qualifications and experience.
