**Purpose & key responsibilities of the role**:
In this position, you play a vital role to drive the innovation and sustainability performance of the Lenzing Group. Identifying and analysing improvement potentials is your passion. Based on your controlling know-how, you support decision making by providing unbiased transparency based on facts and figures. Your self-driven workstyle and outstanding communication skills help you to drive things forward in alignment with numerous stakeholders and decision makers in the organisation. You demonstrate a strategic mindset without neglecting the required attention to detail. Last but not least, you are dedicated to sustainability.
- Support the decision making process for innovation and sustainability investments of the Lenzing Group by providing transparency to the relevant stakeholders and decision makers
- Support the definition of business cases from a controlling/finance perspective
- Act as a financial business partner for other departments related to innovation and sustainability
- Support the execution of the strategy by defining, reporting and monitoring relevant KPIs for R&D and ESG activities
- Implement and further develop the performance measurement system of the Lenzing Group’s ESG and R&D activities
**Our expectations for this exciting role**:
- University degree in Business Administration, Finance or similar
- Relevant working experience (min. 8 years) in an international working environment. Alternatively, working experience as a consultant with international mandates
- Experience in defining and improving controlling processes
- Ability to solve problems in a structured way
- Intercultural awareness and ability to communicate effectively
- Advanced MS Office skills, especially MS Excel
- SAP knowledge and expertise with data warehouse solutions is a plus

The monthly gross salary for this position is according to collective agreement in the chemical industry based on 38 working hours/week at least EUR 4,200. with a willingness to overpay - depending on qualifications and experience. Additionally you will also take part in the Lenzing bonus system.
