- Purpose & key responsibilities of the role

The Value Creation Manager will support the execution of transformation projects - such as asset footprint and operating model initiatives - with the overarching aims of improving business performance, increasing profitability, and adapting to evolving market conditions.

Key tasks & main accountabilities:

- You will be responsible for the planning and coordination of transformation strategies, collaborating closely with senior leaders across functions to translate strategic goals into detailed,
- You will support the analysis of asset footprint options and contribute to evaluations aimed at improving cost efficiency and competitiveness
- You will collaborate with internal stakeholders across departments to ensure alignment, transparency and buy-in throughout the transformation process
- You will design and deploy documents and implement changes to organisational structures, processes, and governance models in close cooperation with HR, Finance, and Operations
- You will contribute to tracking project progress, preparing reports, and monitoring KPIs to ensure the successful implementation of initiatives
- Your ideal profile for this exciting role
- You hold a Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
- You have 7+ years of experience in consulting and corporate transformation/PMO, and a background in industrial manufacturing is a plus
- You are knowledgeable in business restructuring, asset optimisation, and organisational design
- You have a strong command of financial modelling, restructuring KPIs, and performance tracking
- You obtain excellent analytical and project management skills and a strategic mindset
- You are fluent in English (C1), both spoken and written and you can work in a cross-functional environment

The monthly gross salary for this position is according to collective agreement in the chemical industry based on 38 working hours/week at least EUR 4.300;
- with a willingness to overpay - depending on qualifications and experience.
Additionally you will also take part in the Lenzing bonus system.
We offer flexible working time and remote working options.
