**Purpose & key responsibilities of the role**:

- You will actively participate in the development of business cases and the testing and evaluation of the results
- As a Controlling Business Partner, you will support the Corporate Sustainability and Corporate Innovation departments in making forward-looking decisions based on economic and sustainability-related KPIs
- You will support the development of a monitoring system for the ESG performance of the Lenzing Group and the related analyses
- In these areas you will also actively contribute to the various planning and forecasting tasks
- Finally, you will ensure the maintenance and monitoring of the correct allocation of researchand development costs

**Our expectations for this exciting role**:

- You bring an economic degree in the fields of finance, accounting, controlling or similar
- You have already gained some professional experience in a consulting or industrial environment with a similar focus on tasks
- You have a good understanding of economics and the ability to develop, improve and question business cases
- Ideally, you already have experience with ESG criteria and the measurement of ESG performance
- You are already familiar with common controlling tools, ideally you have also worked with SAP FICO and DWH
- You feel comfortable in an intercultural working environment, work in a structured manner and always find the right words even in complex situations
- As a globally operating company, we require a very good command of English

The monthly gross salary for this position is according to collective agreement in the chemical industry based on 38 working hours/week at least EUR 3,700**.** with a willingness to overpay - depending on qualifications and experience.
Additionally you will also take part in the Lenzing bonus system.
We offer flexible working time and remote working options.
