**Technical Product Manager Nonwovens**:

**Purpose & key responsibilities of the role**:
- In this role, you will lead technical product mastery and sustainable innovation projects across the Nonwovens (NW) Portfolio to enable product development and growth strategies
- You will bring technical expertise into commercial projects and deepen understanding on product performance related matters
- You will drive projects and initiatives (campaigns) from a technical product management perspective and pro-actively seek improvement areas, SPOC to production sites
- You will build superior technical USPs and understanding to shape the portfolio and the go-to-market strategy
- You will drive and support the NW strategy implementation through analysis with a technical point of view (i.e. competitive technologies, technology trends and their impacts)
- You will support corporate initiatives affecting the NW fiber portfolio, such as corporate sustainability matters, product and product-related certificates (e.g. FSC), quality improvement projects, etc.
**Our expectations for this exciting role**:
- You have a University degree in fiber engineering/chemistry, nonwoven/têxtile technology, applied sciences, or similar along with Commercial exposure
- You have experience in transforming technical aspects into commercial concepts and launching them into the market with focus on FMCG goods, e.g. wet wipes
- You are a creative, strategic thinker who is able to translate customer needs and pain points into actionable tasks, product specifications and value adding solutions
- You have excellent analytical skills as well as organizational, communication and presentation skills
- You have advanced IT skills (MS Office, MS Outlook, CRM)
- You are fluent in English, German language skills are also beneficial

The monthly gross salary for this position is according to collective agreement in the chemical industry based on 38 working hours/week at least EUR 3.800;
- with a willingness to overpay - depending on qualifications and experience. Additionally you will also take part in the Lenzing bonus system. We offer family friendly flexible working time and remote working options.
