**Digital Project Manager (m/w/d)**:

**Purpose & key responsibilities of the role**:

- Reporting to the VP Operations & Technology, you will develop and drive the digital roadmap in the Division Pulp, acting as the main contact for all “digital innovation and transformation” aspects
- Run (agile) digital inline projects in the Pulp Division, acting as a Product Owner for Lighthouses / Digital Projects
- Execute product vision, coordinating between engineers, designers & data scientists and testing ideas from end-users' perspective
- Develop a pipeline of digital ideas while balancing the digital requirements / needs within Division Pulp
- Close collaboration with Digital Innovation Function, Business Owner / Sponsor, clients and other stakeholders
- Foster a digital mindset in the Division Pulp, creating and maintaining the culture within the delivery team

**Our expectations for this exciting role**:

- Advanced Degree in IT, Innovation Management or Business Administration
- Experience in planning, delivering and executing digital projects, using both traditional and agile project management methodologies
- Good technical understanding and comprehensive knowledge of both IT and business topics
- Experience working in cross-functional teams with the ability to connect IT topics with the wider business and strong stakeholder management skills
- Good process knowledge, end-to-end thinking with a “can do” attitude
- Fluency in English required, German preferred

The monthly gross salary for this position is according to collective agreement in the chemical industry based on 38 working hours/week at least EUR 3.450. with a willingness to overpay - depending on qualifications and experience. Additionally you will also take part in the Lenzing bonus system. We offer flexible working time and remote working options.
