**Purpose & key responsibilities of the role**:
- Lead a global team of experts to deliver standardized digitalization of analytics and reporting of business processes based on our standard technologies of SAP and Microsoft
- Encourage business service ownership and develop responsive, committed service owners, acting as bridge between the business, Process Architects and IT
- Support projects, coordinating Business Process Leads (BPL’s) and external experts / partners
- Work alongside the responsible BPLs to coordinate the REPORTING IT demand
- Drive process innovation initiatives to optimize the REPORTING IT business services
- Develop and maintain peer networks
- Organize user trainings to ensure sufficient use of IT business services
**Our expectations for this exciting role**:
- Successfully completed degree in Business Administration, Finance or Information Technology
- Excellent understanding of end-to-end business process flows
- Prrior experience as a manager or project leader in global organizations
- Effective leadership style based on trust, clear direction and recognition
- Exceptional communicator both in English and German as well as strong analytical skills

The monthly gross salary for this position is according to collective agreement in the chemical industry based on 38 working hours/week at least EUR 4,900. with a willingness to overpay - depending on qualifications and experience. Additionally you will also take part in the Lenzing bonus system. We offer flexible working time and remote working options.
