Business Line Manager Industries DACH

**Your role and responsibilities**:
In this role, you will have the opportunity to define and implement the marketing and commercial operations strategy across the DACH Cluster for ABB Robotics. Each day, you will lead, develop, and coach the inside sales and marketing team. You will also showcase your expertise by planning and executing best-in-class lead generation activities and brand initiatives to achieve key qualitative and quantitative targets in a profitable way and to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. The work model for the role is: #LI-Hybrid This role is contributing to the DACH Cluster Industries - Robotics Business Line in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. Main stakeholders are Sales Managers, Business Development, Communications, and Global Marketing Teams. You will be mainly accountable for: - Creating, planning, and implementing marketing and lead generation strategies for the DACH Cluster in line with the Robotics marketing and sales strategy and budget. - Driving lead generation and customer engagement through close collaboration with sales, including digital campaigns, targeted marketing initiatives, and customer events. - Managing the voice of customer processes to generate qualitative and quantitative insights and enable customer-centric decision-making. - Defining commercial targets and KPIs for the cluster and monitoring marketing performance to ensure continuous improvement and maximum ROI. - Identifying new business opportunities and strategic segments through market analysis, and coordinating strategy and business plans in collaboration with relevant internal stakeholders. **Qualifications for the role**:

- You are highly skilled in B2B marketing, lead generation, and campaign execution, and you enjoy working in the industrial automation and technology sector.
- You have 5+ years of experience in marketing, commercial operations, or business process leadership - ideally in an international, matrix-driven B2B environment.
- Possess an enhanced knowledge of CRM systems (preferably Salesforce), as well as digital marketing and automation platforms, and performance tracking tools.
- You are passionate about customer-centricity and data-driven marketing, and you are innovative around strategic planning and stakeholder collaboration.
- You are a highly people-focused individual, ideally with previous people leadership experience and the ability to coach, develop, and motivate teams.
- You are captivated by cross-functional collaboration and have strong communication, project management, and prioritization skills.
- Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commercial Operations or a comparable field.
- You are at ease communicating in English and German (written and spoken).
