We are seeking an experienced
Senior Manager Strategy & Commercial Excellence
to join our strategy team. In this role, you will lead strategic project developing and implement actionable recommendation about our strategy. You will oversee our transformation programme, including a direct responsibility of our commercial excellence (i.e. harmonization and improvement of our commercial practices). Success in this role will be measured by execution of new projects and business practices.

You will report directly to a Head of Strategy & Marketing and work closely with the group leadership, sales, commercial finance, business intelligence teams.

Your Role & Responsibilities:

  • Lead strategic projects, including go-to-market strategy, M&A and partnerships, market entry strategies. etc. The ideal candidate can complete complex data analysis, manage senior stakeholders and develop actionable and implementable recommendations
  • Project management for group's transformation programme
  • Lead commercial excellence activities, for example, generate and drive a pipeline of projects to improve and harmonize internal processes
  • Connect the dots between commercial, supply chain & operations and financial teams
  • Support with ad-hoc requests on business and market intelligence

Education & Experience:

  • 7+ years of professional experience in strategy and business development
  • Strong competence in stakeholder engagement, leading workshop, gathering and analysing qualitative insights
  • Highly analytical with the ability to translate complex data into clear and concise information to senior stakeholders
  • Experience in consulting industry and/ or packaging industry is a plus
  • Experience working with complex data
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including understanding of statistical methods Professional level English is a must, other European languages are a plus
  • Master's degree in Business administration. Statistics, Economics, Business Analytics or a related field

  • Location: preferred Vienna, elsewhere in Europe home office with occasional (reimbursed) travel
