- Job Type- Full-time Permanent- We are seeking a passionate **Event Sales Manager** to join our team at Rosewood Schloss Fuschl. You’ will responsible for creating and managing bespoke events that reflect our guests' aspirations and our brand’s refined luxury.
- **Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for event clients, providing a highly personalized and intuitive service approach from inquiry through post-event follow-up.
- Drive event sales by identifying new opportunities in luxury corporate, wedding, social, and lifestyle markets, with a focus on high-end clientele and bespoke experiences.
- Prepare tailored proposals, conduct property tours, negotiate contracts, and work closely with clients to bring their vision to life.
- Collaborate with internal departments (culinary, banqueting, rooms, spa) to ensure smooth planning and delivery of each event.
- Monitor event performance, profitability, and client satisfaction, contributing to the overall revenue and reputation of the hotel.
- Uphold Rosewood’s standards of quality and brand values, ensuring every event is an embodiment of A Sense of Place.
