- Maintenance and expansion of relationships with international tour operators, travel agencies, and partners within consortia networks.
- Ensuring seamless booking processes, including communication with travel agents, coordination of all inquiry details, and personal welcome of guests upon arrival.
- Conducting client meetings and property tours.
- Close coordination with operational departments to ensure smooth implementation of guest requests and contract details.
- Market observation and trend analysis to identify new sales opportunities.
