**Task Force Tips **is an innovative and established manufacturer of firefighting equipment for municipal, military, and industrial clients around the globe. TFT is a market leader in both North America and several key international regions, but is looking to further expand internationally. Independent distributors/dealers sell TFT equipment with sales, service and training support that comes from TFT International Territory Sales Managers (TSM) that live and work in their region. TFT is searching for an experienced Territory Manager for Europe. Task Force Tips is part of Madison Industries, one of the largest and most successful privately held companies in the world. **POSITION OBJECTIVE**
The Europe Territory Sales Manager **must live in Europe (Contractor Position) **and oversees the daily sales and development of distribution partners (dealers/distributors) in conjunction with another TSM. This position’s primary area of responsibility includes: Austria, Finland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Switzerland, Italy, Croatia, Czech Republic, Poland, Slovakia, Hungary, Albania, Greece, Bosnia, Bulgaria, Serbia. The TSM helps to educate both dealer and OEM employees and end users, develops effective sales strategies, and ensures that sales goals for an assigned territory are met. In addition, the TSM supports the efforts of Channel Managers and Product Specialists as part of a team that grows sales, markets and new product development.
**KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY**
**Sales**
- Research, develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve the Territory
- Monitor industry and competitor products and strategies to meet changing market and competitive conditions.
- Generate new business opportunities through marketing, networking and relationship building activities supported by the Company’s internal Marketing Department.
- Maintain new business pipeline relationships with intermediaries and prospective distributors and end-users.

**Sales Strategy**
- Provide strategic direction and market analysis to assist with building effective marketing
- Develop unique sales plans for each strategic dealer in conjunction with the VP of International sales International Sales
- Ensure that all EX/IM regulations are in full compliance with both US and International
**Research and Development**
- Liaise with the Channel Managers and Product Specialists to support the development of new and innovative concepts and ideas for new designs; products and processes.
**Financials/Reporting**
- Provide accurate and timely forecasts and sales

**TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES/ PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES**
- Knowledge of fire related water
- Demonstrated results in a relevant or similar management role (10 years’+ experience preferred).
- Proven track record of international sales growth, preferably in a B2B or B2G
- Multi-lingual skills a plus
- Collaborative internal and external relationship
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal including the ability to communicate ideas and expectations in a clear manner
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Degree preferred but not required.
- Strong experience in the fire service and/or market segment a plus
- Must reside in Europe (Austria, Czech Republic, Germany, Switzerland)
COMPENSATION
- Base Salary plus Commission/Bonus.
