**MANAGER SALES EEMEA DISTRIBUTION**:

- Salzburg, Austria**YOUR MISSION**:
The Manager Sales EEMEA Distribution is responsible for the following agenda:

- To achieve sales and profit in the region as agreed yearly in the company budget
- To achieve further targets as agreed from time to time in the budget, such as stock turns and margin
- Provide impulse and initiative to achieve company objectives in the individual functions.
- Preparation and proposal of strategies on how best to achieve the objectives at both regional and country level.
- Propose sales strategies to partners to maximise brand sales. This includes detailed product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Advising the partner on best practice in all functions, using the experience gained from working closely with various PUMA functions.
- Implement, monitor and confirm compliance with sales and distribution guidelines and be directly responsible for their fulfilment in all aspects.
- Provide regular business status reports as required by the Regional Director Sales EEMEA. Ensure that all automatically generated reports contain accurate information.

**YOUR TALENT**:

- ** Education**: ideally degree level or equivalent experience
- **Experience**: minimum of 3 years' experience in selling branded consumer goods to export markets, ideally in the sports or fashion sector.
- **Skills**:
Highly numerate and PC literate
- Ability to think highly analytically
- Ability to use management information systems to run a business
- Strong interpersonal communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work both in teams and independently
- Ability to work cross-functionally with all departments in a multicultural environment.
- **Specific skills**:
Excellent written and spoken English
