**SALES**

**MANAGER SALES EEMEA DISTRIBUTION**:

- Salzburg, Austria**YOUR MISSION**:

- Achieve regional sales targets by implementing appropriate sales and distribution strategies
- Guide and accompany the distribution partners through the seasonal Go-to-Market process
- Research different markets and evaluate business and distribution potential
- Acquire potential distribution partners and “onboard” them accordingly
- Train and provide guidance to the distribution partners regarding all business aspects
- Support the implementation of the regional Marketing and Retail strategies in the markets

**YOUR TALENT**:

- Degree in business administration (or similar) or comparable job experience
- 2 years experience in selling branded consumer goods to export markets
- Strong command of MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint) and ability to use management information systems
- Very good communication, presentation and analytical skills
- High commitment, flexibility, assertiveness and team player
- Very good command of written and spoken English
