**TEAMHEAD MARKETING EEMEA DISTRIBUTION**:

- Salzburg, Austria**YOUR MISSION**:
The Teamhead Marketing EEMEA Distribution is responsible for all Marketing activities of all distributors and wholesale partners which are managed directly by PUMA Austria (including Greece, Balkan, Causacus, Israel, North & West Africa). The key objective is to achieve PUMA’s aspiration to be a strong brand and build PUMA as a credible brand in the respective country.
- Liaise between Distributors/Global/Business/Assets, ensure distributors have access to all necessary Marketing material
- Identify, prioritize, select, sign and manage local brand ambassadors (recent signings: Davido, Noa Kirel, Dara)
- Drive and champion Digital Marketing and affiliate Marketing
- Supervise the Marketing channel functions including Media, Trade Marketing, (Retail Marketing), PR, Digital, Sports Marketing, Entertainment Marketing and Marketing Operations for our distribution partners. Track success rates, share what works and what does not
- Work closely with distributors to identify potential gaps in Marketing plans and capabilities (serve as sparring partner)
- Develop business plans together with the local distributors and local wholesalers to achieve strong sales growth (sell-through focused)
- Closely collaborate with local distributors and wholesalers

**YOUR TALENT**:
Education: university degree in Marketing and/or proven experience

Preferably over 2 years of marketing experience in Consumer Goods

Capabilities:

- Highly numerate and PC literate
- Ability to think highly analytically
- Strong interpersonal communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work both in teams and independently
- Ability to work cross-functionally with all departments in a multi-cultural environment
- Very good command of written and spoken English and French
